Adesuwa Omoruan- a World Class and seasoned Journalist reaches out to even more

Adesuwa Omoruan is dubbed the "queen of selfies" by her siblings. She confesses to taking more selfies than regulars photographs. When Adesuwa Omoruan was a child, she never thought or imagined herself becoming a broadcaster; it was the last thing she ever thought of becoming. As far as she was concerned, the lifestyle of reporters was not up to par with the kind of life she wanted, as the young dreamer that she was at the time. She wanted a life that was rich and full of the best life could offer,  although she wasn't seeking a life that was necessarily flamboyant.  "I just felt that journalist were not paid enough... My idea of a journalist wasn't just working at that time. Sometimes they looked very stressed, very few of them had cars... Growing up, I had this picture of what I wanted to be in life..." She had wanted to become a banker!  As a child, she had taken trips to the bank with her mother on several occasions to cash-in her moth

Hip hop Dancer Sofia Boutella makes her Hollywood mark

My first memorable encounter with Sofia Boutella was in the movie, Kingsman: the Secret Service alongside Hollywood heavyweight, Samuel L. Jackson. Sofia played the role of Gazelle, a very ruthless yet, likeable character- in my opinion.

My interest in her piqued even further when I happened upon a pic of her transformation for the Star Trek movie, then discovered she stars in the Tom Cruise led The Mummy. Based on all these tantalizing revelations, I decided to get to know her, hence my featuring her here on The Success Digest.

Sofia Boutella was born in Bab El Oued district of Algiers in Algeria on the 3rd of April, 1982. She is the daughter of a Jazz musician father, Safy Boutella and an architect mother.

Boutella plays Eva in StreetDance 2

Sofia started her career as a dancer and has been practicing since the age of 17 with choreographer, Bianca Li. She was initially part of a crew named the Vagabond Crew, which won the Battle of the Year in 2006 then her breakthrough arrived in the following year, 2007. That year she was picked for the Jamie King choreography for Nike that gave her a well deserved boost that saw her dancing for the likes of Madonna, Michael Jackson and Rihanna.

Sofia Boutella actually started taking dancing lessons at the age of 5. Then when she was 10, she left her country Algeria for France with her family. It was in France her future began to take shape. She joined the French national team when she was 18, all these preparing her for a dance future and subsequently a Hollywood breakthrough.

Boutella as Jaylah in Star Trek Beyond

Boutella has stared as Eva in the movie, StreetDance 2; as Gazelle in Kingsman: the Secret Service; as Jaylah in Star Trek Beyond; as Princess Ahmanet who is also the title character in The Mummy among others. I believe Sofia Boutella is on her way to having one of the very best Hollywood career. She is one to look out for. I certainly will keep an eye out for her.
