Adesuwa Omoruan- a World Class and seasoned Journalist reaches out to even more

Adesuwa Omoruan is dubbed the "queen of selfies" by her siblings. She confesses to taking more selfies than regulars photographs. When Adesuwa Omoruan was a child, she never thought or imagined herself becoming a broadcaster; it was the last thing she ever thought of becoming. As far as she was concerned, the lifestyle of reporters was not up to par with the kind of life she wanted, as the young dreamer that she was at the time. She wanted a life that was rich and full of the best life could offer,  although she wasn't seeking a life that was necessarily flamboyant.  "I just felt that journalist were not paid enough... My idea of a journalist wasn't just working at that time. Sometimes they looked very stressed, very few of them had cars... Growing up, I had this picture of what I wanted to be in life..." She had wanted to become a banker!  As a child, she had taken trips to the bank with her mother on several occasions to cash-in her moth

Movie review: The Blood Covenant

The Blood Covenant  2022 film Available on Amazon Prime  Directed by Fiyin Gambo (Pursuit, The Wait)  Studio: Inkblot Productions (New Money, Superstar, Quam's Money, Up North)  Star casts includes; Shawn Faqua, Omomwunmi Dada, Erica Nlewedim, Alexx Ekubo, Gregory Ojefua, Ufuoma McDermott, Uzor Arukwe, Tobi Bakre, Shalewa Ashafa.  I really enjoyed and loved The Blood Covenant. It's up there with the best Nollywood movies to come out this year. I really love the beginning with those kids playing police and thief. It's a good little detail, establishing Eddy and Osiano's neighborhood.  I also love how their apartment was initially introduced. That overhead shot. It's a great choice of location. I love the set design of their apartment. It was perfectly executed and that scene with Osiano's sister (aunty maybe?) was a masterpiece.  I think Gregory Ojefua is highly underrated. His performance here was top notch. He deserves recognition. He definitely played the part

Netflix Original: Blood Sisters review

Courtesy: IMDb I finished Blood Sisters... I enjoyed the first two episodes.. The last two was a bit of a yawn (for me). I also felt somewhat unsatisfied at the end. There was one or two continuity issue, and I thought Blade was a tad too intense (why was he passionate? He should be cold and unattached) for a professional hitman, but all in all, it was pretty good, the production value was really up there. I feel like the cinematography could have been better though. I enjoyed the acting - loved Ramsey's bodyguard/bounty hunter vibes, Gabriel Afolayan is a really good actor, Genovevah and Kate Henshaw, Kehinde Bankole; Wale Ojo and Segun Arinze played off each other well. Great casting! I really liked how "Kola" died. I liked how that moment was captured, that split-second, ah, confusion on what just happened before he fell off the bed, deader than dead. I also liked that they felt comfortable enough to show some not-so-nude-I-don't-understand-the-uproar scenes. Filmm

Anticipating The End Game Season 02

Image credit : Amazon  The End Game season 01 was indeed a fantastic limited series comprising of 10 episodes in which each of the episodes were filled with suspense, thrills, action and captivating scenes. No doubt that "The End Game Season 01" is highly recommendable, following the Brainy tactics of Elena Federova , in exposing the culprits involved in corruption across the United States.  Also, there are some outstanding characters that are exceptionally portrayed, making season 02 highly anticipated.  Here some of these characters;                 Image credit : Amazon  The First on my list is Morena Baccarin as  ELENA FEDEROVA.  Yes she may be the villain here but her characters is worth commending. According to the story Elena Federova is her father's queen (lovely daughter), trained from when she was a little girl, which reflected on how she defended herself against the Bellocks family. She actually fell a victim as one of Bel

Samuel L Jackson: The Box Office King

If there is one actor that I admire (for his versatility and range) it's Samuel L Jackson.       ~Peter Oruamen DISCLAIMER: This story was originally published by The Hollywood Reporter in its January Issue. Written by Seth Abramovitch The box office king and Trump golf antagonist beat a crack addiction to build a film career unrivaled in modern stardom, and the 70-year-old 'Glass' actor aims to work well into his 80s — if Marvel and the rest of Hollywood can afford him: "I'm a gunslinger now." He arrives exactly on schedule, not a minute early, not a minute late, and comes dressed in character: Armani cashmere shirt, translucent Alain Mikli eyeglasses and, of course, a Kangol cap. There are no formalities, no handshakes, no, "Hi, nice to meet you, I'm Samuel L. Jackson." He simply strolls into the restaurant in midtown Manhattan — a short walk from the $13 million condo he shares with his wife of 38 years, LaTanya Richardson, who'
